Appreciated the promptness and thoroughness with which Noah took care of our clogged drain. Since we weren’t able to run the connected washing machine right away he even gave us a 90 day window certifying his work.

We have called upon Fischer Plumbing a number of times over the years, most recently to supply and install a new water heater. Posey and Salvador showed up on time, explained the installation process, informed us of available accessories, did the installation, and hauled away our old water heater. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are pleased with the end result.

Travis and Calvin came out in an emergency and fixed my problem quickly!

The technicians were knowledgeable and helpful. We had a problem with something that they don’t normally work on and Travis went out of his way to fix it.

Cedar, the plumber, replaced my shut off valves and replaced pipes under the sink, all with great expertise and a smile! He was very efficient and skilled. I would be happy to use him again.

Posey and Salvador did a fantastic job installing my new hot water heater. They were friendly, kept me well-informed about the process as well as what I did and did not need. All of my questions were answered. The job was done at a reasonable price.

We had the best service from beginning to end. From Michelle in the office helping us secure a hot water tank and getting it to the warehouse for an early delivery and install. To Aaron and Fernando, all I can say is WOW! What great service. They explained everything and helped us in so many ways to make this an easy transition. We will never go anywhere else. Fischer Plumbing and Heating are the real deal. The owner knew what he was doing when he hired his employees. Thank you! We felt truly blessed by their great service!

Aaron and Salvador were great! Friendly, quick, professional, and fair pricing. Needed a water heater changed out and they knocked it out with no problem.

Can't say enough good things about Fischer Plumbing. First off, speaking with Barb, she was a pleasure to talk with. She provided an accurate quote over the phone. (Which, most plumbing outfits won't, they insist on sending a tech out for a free estimate). She gave me the the price of the water heater which included labor and all hoses. She asked if ours had an expansion tank. When I called I didn't remember if it did or not, She provided me with that cost and the minimal charge for haul away. Service of install was scheduled for next day, 12/31. Travis and Calvin arrived a bit later than was expected, due to their very long commute to where we were at. They didnt hesitate by getting right to work, and did an amazing job. They cleaned up , and it was as if they hadn't been there at all. I was there ready to pay , and Travis informed me they would send me a bill. What company does that any more?!?! That blew me away. Most want payment upfront. The bill arrived 13 days later, and true to Barb's initial phone quote. with no hidden surprises. Fischer's quote was very reasonable, and from the list of plumbers I called, I only received 3 phone quotes over the phone, one being Fischers accurate quote, and the other two being ranges , with the base price being quite a bit higher. The other three plumbers I phoned, would only provide a free quote from a tech sent out to site. (Who has time for that?!?) I highly recommend Fischer Plumbing and their ethical practice.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had and, without question, the most professional plumbing repair service I’ve encountered. Posey and Salvador were courteous and explained the process in detail in regards to replacing my water heater. They had to shut down the main valve but very quick resolving the matter when it occurred

Natural gas Water heater quit working. I got it re-lit once but it was out again in the morning. Travis Gordon diagnosed the problem, thermocouple for the pilot light was bad [about a $12 part]. Replaced it and restarted the water heater in less than an hour. Better to fix the problem than buy a new water heater. Good honest company to work with.
[Edit] My original water heater was an A O Smith installed in 1976. I replaced it with the same A O Smith model in 2005, 29 years later! This pne is only 20 years old, I'm hoping the repair to give me another 5-10 more years of use before replacing it.

Travis answered all of my questions & also repaired leaking pipes overhead, the same morning he installed our new water heater.

December 15 Travis and Calvin came to help me. Hot water in the shower only lasted 5 minutes. Travis and Calvin changed the valve, and tested. I had Travis working for me before and I must say that he has never disappointed me. He is not only an excellent plumber, but also very ethical, efficient and knowledgeable.

Fischer came out, pulled my sump pump out, diagnosed and tested it, then they fixed it so it would last until we can get a new one. No other company came close to doing that for us. Core value shout out to Cedar and his partner.

I used this company quite a few times, and was very happy with the service from Travis and Calvin. They are efficient, reliable, and affordable. Also, quick to get an appointment. Pricing is fair compared to other plumbing services, also warranty their service for a year which is a plus. Highly recommend them.

Cedar and Manny got our water heater going again and showed me how to reset the electric pilot light if it goes out again. Great service with a friendly attitude. We will call Fischer Plumbing in the future for any issues that we may need.
