Another great experience with Fischer Plumbing, who we found through Homeowners Club, this time to fix the spigot leading to our washing machine. The office staff was very responsive, able to schedule in a timely manner, excellent with communication about the appointment. The plumbers Tyler and Daniel were knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and efficient. Everyone involved was friendly and service oriented.

Tyler and Tim arrived when expected. They were both very knowledgeable, explained the problem and the solution. Will definitely contact Fischer again for my next plumbing repair or project!

Travis did his usual great job. He's been out to the house a number of times for various issues and he's very good about explaining what he's doing giving the homeowner a little bit of an education and just being an all-around good guy and representing Fisher plumbing very well. And now he's got his nephew working with him and that's a great thing as well. Family means a lot. They did a great job taking care of my problems today and it's always great to see Travis. Although usually means I've got a plumbing issue. But that's part of owning a house isn't it? It's just good to know that Travis is there to take care of those problems when they pop up.

We had several issues after an installation of our commercial water heater at my restaurant, so we called up Fischer for a second opinion. Within one visit, they not only fixed the issue, but found a cracked pipe that was missed. They were friendly, informative, efficient, and considerate of the business, the storage items around the heater itself, and our time. 110% recommend!

Aaron and Logan did a great job on our new tankless water heater install. Aaron listened to all the concerns I had (including using our existing fume vent from the old hot water heater) and he was thorough in the process, explaining everything he planned to do. It was a tidy and professional installation and our new system works great. So pleased not to have a hot water tank in our attic anymore!

I was had a problem with my condo kitchen sink which had backed up with water so I called Fischer. Kyle Watanabe came at the expected time and snaked the drain. He found another problem that he wasn't able to fix. He did a great job of explaining the original problem and the new problem. He completely cleaned up after the the job was completed. I would be glad to use him again.

Travis & Calvin were not only competent, but used their time efficiently , provided a video of the in-wall leak (for us & insurance), and explained the next steps in water mitigation. Travis is a clear communicator and seemed to take pride in the quality of his work and conveying information to us as homeowners. We would not hesitate to call him back again for any plumbing issue.

We had to have a water heater replaced under warranty that Fischer had installed for us a couple of years ago. Aaron Posey and Logan came by initially to do an assessment to confirm that the water heater had failed and would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. After that initial visit, I set up an appointment for the replacement to be done. Aaron and Logan came back a couple of weeks later to do the replacement. My whole experience with Aaron and Logan and the team at Fischer was excellent. The guys showed up as scheduled, did a thorough job of doing the replacement, and then Aaron spent some time with me explaining about the new water heater operation and the aspects of the warranty that would be in place going forward. Aaron also did a good job of explaining to me the pricing structure for the cost of the water heater installation, which was not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I've used Fischer for other plumbing projects and would highly recommend using them. If I have plumbing issues in the future at our house, I will use them.

Fischer plumbing conducted a plumbing inspection for my buyers. Salvador was excellent - he was early to the appointment, courteous and thorough. I definitely would recommend this company and Salvador.

Always helpful when I need them! Fischer answered my phone call and booked a technician. Salvador was on time, helpful and knowledgeable. He was efficient with time and replaced a cracked pipe in the kitchen.

Jim, the superintendent was 5 stars plus plus. He replaced our water main connection in very difficult circumstances. Our house is old and sits above the street, which required directional drilling at a steep angle. It was tricky to connect to the City pigtail without compromising our very old rockery. We live on a busy, narrow street which added to the challenges. My only concern was how long it took to get my questions about the estimate answered and start the job

Chris scoped the sewer and recommended an exterior clean out after listening to our future remodeling plans.

I can’t recommend Cedar and Ronaldo enough. They were personable, professional and did a great job in a short time period. If I have plumbing issues in the future I would request them. Tell them they get big gold stars. ⭐️

Service was great. Service person communicated well with me to schedule and before arriving. The overall repair time was quick and they were able to fix my old garbage disposal and clear the blockage in the drain. Overall they were courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend.
