We had several issues after an installation of our commercial water heater at my restaurant, so we called up Fischer for a second opinion. Within one visit, they not only fixed the issue, but found a cracked pipe that was missed. They were friendly, informative, efficient, and considerate of the business, the storage items around the heater itself, and our time. 110% recommend!

Aaron and Logan did a great job on our new tankless water heater install. Aaron listened to all the concerns I had (including using our existing fume vent from the old hot water heater) and he was thorough in the process, explaining everything he planned to do. It was a tidy and professional installation and our new system works great. So pleased not to have a hot water tank in our attic anymore!

We had to have a water heater replaced under warranty that Fischer had installed for us a couple of years ago. Aaron Posey and Logan came by initially to do an assessment to confirm that the water heater had failed and would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. After that initial visit, I set up an appointment for the replacement to be done. Aaron and Logan came back a couple of weeks later to do the replacement. My whole experience with Aaron and Logan and the team at Fischer was excellent. The guys showed up as scheduled, did a thorough job of doing the replacement, and then Aaron spent some time with me explaining about the new water heater operation and the aspects of the warranty that would be in place going forward. Aaron also did a good job of explaining to me the pricing structure for the cost of the water heater installation, which was not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I've used Fischer for other plumbing projects and would highly recommend using them. If I have plumbing issues in the future at our house, I will use them.

Can't say enough good things about Fischer Plumbing. First off, speaking with Barb, she was a pleasure to talk with. She provided an accurate quote over the phone. (Which, most plumbing outfits won't, they insist on sending a tech out for a free estimate). She gave me the the price of the water heater which included labor and all hoses. She asked if ours had an expansion tank. When I called I didn't remember if it did or not, She provided me with that cost and the minimal charge for haul away. Service of install was scheduled for next day, 12/31. Travis and Calvin arrived a bit later than was expected, due to their very long commute to where we were at. They didnt hesitate by getting right to work, and did an amazing job. They cleaned up , and it was as if they hadn't been there at all. I was there ready to pay , and Travis informed me they would send me a bill. What company does that any more?!?! That blew me away. Most want payment upfront. The bill arrived 13 days later, and true to Barb's initial phone quote. with no hidden surprises. Fischer's quote was very reasonable, and from the list of plumbers I called, I only received 3 phone quotes over the phone, one being Fischers accurate quote, and the other two being ranges , with the base price being quite a bit higher. The other three plumbers I phoned, would only provide a free quote from a tech sent out to site. (Who has time for that?!?) I highly recommend Fischer Plumbing and their ethical practice.

Posey and Salvador were courteous and explained the process in detail in regards to replacing my water heater. They had to shut down the main valve but very quick resolving the matter when it occurred

Natural gas Water heater quit working. I got it re-lit once but it was out again in the morning. Travis Gordon diagnosed the problem, thermocouple for the pilot light was bad [about a $12 part]. Replaced it and restarted the water heater in less than an hour. Better to fix the problem than buy a new water heater. Good honest company to work with. [Edit] My original water heater was an A O Smith installed in 1976. I replaced it with the same A O Smith model in 2005, 29 years later! This pne is only 20 years old, I'm hoping the repair to give me another 5-10 more years of use before replacing it.

Travis answered all of my questions & also repaired leaking pipes overhead, the same morning he installed our new water heater.

Cedar and Manny got our water heater going again and showed me how to reset the electric pilot light if it goes out again. Great service with a friendly attitude. We will call Fischer Plumbing in the future for any issues that we may need.

Aaron & Salvatore installed my water heater. They did a fabulous job. They were efficient, tidy & overall provided excellent customer service. I definitely will use this company in the future for all of my plumbing needs!

David was extremely responsive and efficient He replaced our leaking hot water heater expansion tank in no time, cleaned up and had us back to normal.

On a late Friday afternoon, we heard the noise of running water leakage inside our walls. Travis from Fischer Plumbing responded to our urgency call. He went into the crawl space to examine the situation and quickly traced the problem to our aging hot water heater whose T&P valve and expansion tank failed. The leak disappeared after he replaced both. Travis is a true professional who is knowledgeable and friendly. We are grateful for his efficiency since Friday’s after hour (evening) labor charge was a lot. He quickly identified and fixed the problem within one hour!

The BEST service I have ever received in a looong time. The Technician Aaron Posey and his helper Salvador did a phenomenal job installing a replacement combi water heater. They made sure to set up everything in a way that future service will be much easier to perform.

Travis was very courteous and professional and got my water heater working for me within minutes. There was an issue with the flood sensor that prevented hot water from flowing.

Travis was awesome. Our pipes to the washing machine were ancient. Our new dryer was installed by Lowe’s and they used a short line to get the water to our steam dryer. He listened to my concerns, offered recommendations and followed through. The area was kept very clean, he replaced the short line to the dryer with a longer one so it went behind the water heater (without being asked). I really appreciate his work and am grateful to know if I need work done again, I know who to call! Kyle came on the very same day (the office team is excellent) and looked into some drainage issues. Customer service was excellent. He walked me through his recommendations. Again, he kept the area clean. Great guys! Thank you for your work!

Aaron and Salvador came to replace my water heater, and remove kitchen disposal/replace metal pipes to PVC. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors without any reservations. They even came with shoe covers (which is very important to me, not just culturally but because I am also a clean freak and we don’t wear our outside shoes inside), and I didn’t have to ask them to put them on.
