Had Fisher Plumbing Hydro Jet my sewer line. High marks for attention to detail eliminating roots while avoiding damage to aging concrete pipes.

I had a shower clog that was progressively getting worse over the past month. I called Fischer plumbing and they were able to get someone out the next day. Chris Neth was an amazing technician. I called for a second opinion on a clog and he came listen to my issue after I gave him history of the plumbing. He quickly got his camera out to inspect and made an assessment on next steps. He even gave me a copy of the thumb drive. He's local and knows the area and well experienced. Technician Noah is wonderful—kept me informed about findings, discussed options for repairs (house drain pipe to street sewer repair) and provided a post repair summary and video of pipe scope. In addition Chris showed remarkable physical skills in switching from easy routine plumbing needs to very difficult such as pulling out of the drain very large roots. This also required changing from ground level to higher level maneuvers to manage the increasing difficulty of the task. His written description on the invoice was thorough and provided the information given to accommodate the future plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with Fischer plumbing thanks to the plumber named Sean. In fact, he clued us in to the fact that since we live on the ground floor of a 4 story condo, it probably was the fault of people above us that our drain was clogged with hardened grease. It meant then that the homeowner's association would pay for the plumbing costs. Yay, and yay for Sean. If we have work for a plumber we will ask for Sean for sure.
