One of the best plumber experiences I’ve ever had. My hot water went out recently and I called Fischer after being referred by my former plumber that stopped servicing my area. They sent over Aaron, a guy known internally as a “hot water heater expert,” according to the job scheduler at the company. I was skeptical that the company was overhyping Aaron’s skills. However, Aaron was just as good as described. He took his time to explain absolutely all of my questions and concerns and worked with me to find the right replacement water heater. He even broke down all of his estimate piece by piece to make sure I understood all charges before scheduling the install which were very reasonable. The installation went smoothly without any additional costs charged beyond the initial estimate. After the install was finished, Aaron walked me through all of the work performed and to ensure I understood my new equipment. I would highly highly recommend Fischer Plumbing to anyone I know. Aaron is a fantastic plumber and if he is any indication, the rest of the Fischer team is likely also great.

Kyle was very friendly, fast, and did a great job uncloging our drain line. Thanks again Kyle, you were GREAT! The $450 bill to just clean out a drain line was the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating.

Noah was great! He was really knowledgeable and was able to clear out a downspout's drain that had caused water to leak into our basement. As we discussed other possible problems, he provided suggestions for less expensive fixes, and at the end asked if I was also retired (i mentioned my husband was) and gave me a 10% discount when I said yes. A+ all around.

I am writing to compliment the excellent work of Julian Sanchez. He has repaired several plumbing issues in my condominium building. Besides being competent at plumbing repairs, Julian always has a very gracious and helpful manner. He is truly an asset for your company.

Travis and Calvin did a great job installing two faucets and a new toilet. They are super polite, professional, and do great work very efficiently. I felt they were completely trustworthy. Excellent service. Noah was efficient and personable. He cleared our seriously clogged floor drain quickly and cleaned up splatter from job.

Fischer has done good work for our building in the past. Today, technician Cedar preformed a minor miracle & had our problem addressed very quickly an efficiently. Would recommend.

Sewer repair crew properly identified the sewer line obstruction, obtained necessary permits, excavated & identified the cause of line obstruction before completing the repair & replacement of the side sewer line, & connecting to the main line

Great service from Travis with Fischer Plumbing.. Leaking pipe causing water damage discovered on the weekend. Stopped what I could but with persistent leak. Called Travis, on call, gave me a few tips to mitigate the problem until he arrived (less than 30 min after my call). In and out in less than an hour and with a few tips on clean up of water damage. Fast, friendly, efficient. Great job. Will definitely use him and Fischer again if/when the need arises.

Excellent service. Manny Valenzuela was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and polite. We are pleased with the job he did to replace a worn out seal on an existing toilet and to install another new toilet.

I contacted Fischer Plumbing and they sent out a plumber same day. He explained my situation with my drinking fountains non-functioning so I was able to understand the process in which needed to done. He ordered parts and had them installed within under a week. Amazing work! Noah was extremely professional from start to finish. He clearly explained what the problem was, showed me exactly what was causing it, and walked me through how he was going to fix it. His equipment was clean and well maintained, which gave me confidence in his work. He was also very kind and patient with my senior dog, which I really appreciated. The call-out fee was a little higher than I expected, but the service was fast, efficient, and transparent. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Fisher Plumbing to anyone looking for prompt, high-quality service.
